Deposits

A deposit fee is required upon booking your treatment this fee varies depending on the full cost of your treatment

Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment 

All new clients are required to complete a consent and medical history form before any treatment is carried out

 

Please give 48hours notice if an appointment needs to be rearranged

Cancellation can be made via text message or social media message – Cancellation and no shows will result in a non-refundable deposit

Review appointments after anti-wrinkle treatments

Top up appointments are FOC but must be scheduled within the first four weeks post treatment

If you cannot attend within the first four weeks post treatment top ups are charged at £70

Longevity

The effectiveness and longevity of a treatment will vary from person to person, and is influenced by many factors such as age, skin type and condition, sun exposure, lifestyle, metabolism and genetics

Aftercare

Aftercare will be provided and emailed to your email address provided on your consultation form

However please be aware that in most cases there will be some initial swelling and that this may last for up to two weeks. The area may be bruised, discoloured, uneven, bumpy, and may also feel sore. Discomfort can be alleviated by applying ice.

Immediate aftercare

Avoid touching the treated area or applying products for at least 6 hours after treatment. 

Do not expose the area to intense heat (sunbeds, sunbathing), or extreme cold until the initial swelling and redness has subsided.

Please do not exercise for 24 hours after your procedure. All strenuous exercise should be avoided during this time, as should yoga, as inverted positions may also increase bruising and swelling.

If you have a history of cold sores (facial herpes), there is a risk that the injection could reactivate the virus and cause another eruption.

If you have previously suffered facial herpes, we advise you to take anti-viral medication before your treatment.

Be aware that taking aspirin or any similar anti-coagulants, may increase the risk of bruising or bleeding at the injection site.

Pre-treatment advice for the day of your appointment

Ensure treatment area is free of make-up.

You must arrive on time.

Pictures will be taken before/after treatment to be used for insurance purposes. We also take photos for Facial Aesthetics’ promotional/social media purposes (subject to your consent).

Refunds, booking terms and prices

I do not offer refunds or free corrections. Additional changes or adjustments will be charged at full cost and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.

I can reserve the right to refuse my services.

Claire Antonia makes no warranty that the functionality of the website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive. 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of Claire Antonia for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of Claire Antonia
